Terms and Conditions for The Digital Empire Vault

Welcome to The Digital Empire Vault. By accessing or using our Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR) products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our products.

Definitions

• The Digital Empire Vault: Refers to our company, which provides digital products with Master Resell Rights and Private Label Rights.
• Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products and content you acquire from The Digital Empire Vault under a Master Resell Rights license.
• Private Label Rights (PLR): Refers to products you acquire from The Digital Empire Vault that can be rebranded and resold as your own. These products allow you to edit, modify, and brand them according to your business needs.
• You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization acquiring Master Resell Rights and/or Private Label Rights Products from The Digital Empire Vault.

License
By subscribing to The Digital Empire Vault, you are granted a license to resell our products as long as your membership remains active. This license is non-transferable and valid only during your active subscription period. If your subscription is canceled, your license to resell our products is immediately revoked. Residual income from referrals or sales is only earned while your membership is active. Once your membership is canceled, all future residual income is forfeited. Continued use or resale of products after cancellation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Membership & Access
This is a membership-based program. Continued access to all digital products, marketing materials, and eligibility for commissions requires an active subscription. However, as a member, you also receive the right to resell the digital products individually, even if your membership is canceled or becomes inactive. Please note that to continue earning commissions through the program, an active membership is required.

Subscriptions

• Immediate Revocation of Access: Upon canceling your subscription, all access to services, including exclusive content, resources, or community features, will be immediately revoked.
• No Prorated Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no full or partial refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
• Automatic Payment Processing: Payments are processed automatically based on your selected billing cycle. If a payment fails, access may be revoked until the payment is successfully updated and processed.
• User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings, including cancellations, before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.

Earnings Disclaimer
The Digital Empire Vault does not guarantee earnings, profits, or financial success from reselling our Master Resell Rights or Private Label Rights products. Any income claims or success stories are for illustrative purposes only.

Content and Quality
While The Digital Empire Vault strives to provide high-quality products, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the products before reselling them.

Private Label Rights (PLR) Products Usage
If you acquire Private Label Rights (PLR) products from us, you are granted the right to rebrand, modify, and resell the products as your own. However, you cannot use the products in ways that violate copyright laws or mislead potential buyers about its origin.
Additionally:

• No Resale Restrictions: You may modify and resell the PLR products, but you must not sell or distribute them without substantial modification or branding.
• Misleading Representation: You cannot represent the products in a way that misleads customers about their origin or the rights associated with the products.

Liabilities
The Digital Empire Vault holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license to resell our products if we believe you are not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all distribution of our products.

Modification of Terms
The Digital Empire Vault may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.

Governing Law
